Wash Hiigiki and soak in water for 20 minutes or per package instruction. Drain
water and set aside.

Cut carrots in 1/8 inch thick slices. Wrap tofu in a clean cloth and squeese
out the water. 3. Heat 1 1/2 tbsps of oil and cook carrots. Add Kijiiki and
then tofu then add borito soup or water, soy sauce, sugur, sake and cook on
medium till soup for 20 min. or untill soup is gone.

Place harrusame in hot water as directed on the package. Put pork stock or
chicken broth in a pan. Add shiitake,beansprouts, harusame, salt, sake, and
pepper for taste. Serve hot.
