In a large bowl, soften noodle by soaking warm water for 5 minutes or until
soft. Drain noodle and set aside.

Using a frying pan, heat oil until hot over high heat. Reduce to medium
heat and add udon noodle, natto, katsuobushi, and soy sauce. Stir
well for 3 minutes.

Turn off heat and transfer noodle to plate. Garnish with green onion and
serve hot.
